NANCY'S BACKGROUND
Executive Coach to CEO's
& College Students
Coach/Mentor, Boston
After working in an executive level position for a Fortune 50 publishing company in New York City, I then served as CEO of our family's real estate company. Acting on the famous words "buy low, sell high" we sold the business after a successful 9 year run.
As I was seeking another opportunity to use my management and business skills, my dear friend suggested I train to become a Business Coach and Mentor to CEO's in the $10M-$50M sector. After completing the rigorous six month corporate training program with Vistage International, I found I preferred coaching small to medium sized business owners and CEOs and as a result, I created Success Consulting for this niche.
I enjoy my involvement in the Executive Leadership industry, but I love working as a coach with entrepreneurial students at Babson College. Additionally, I am a Mentor and Business Plan Judge for the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship Program for Boston's inner city high school students and as a Coach and Mentor for students competing in the Future Business Leaders of America's annual Northeast /New England Region conventions.
I am thrilled my practice has now expanded to private coaching of personality skills for high school students, interviewing skills, confidence building, emotional intelligence and social awareness for young adults.
